Is there a Mac app that will convert video files into DPG format?

I'd like to use a free one of course but I'm willing to look at one that has a cost if it's AWESUM! :)

One that will run well on my Intel Imac would be great too!

This is a format that is recognized by a Nintendo DS game console. I got a memory card/video/mp3 playing thing for it and it recognizes that format.
