Is there a Mini-DVI to Mini displayport adapter or similar?

Hello-

I may have overlooked this, but I have a question regarding a Mini DisplayPort.
I have one of the newer LED Cinema Displays that has this, and am wondering if there is any way to connect this to an older pre-unibody MacBook?
