Is there a new individual app locking tweak on Cydia that locks folders, too?

I think there was but I can't remember the name of it. It may have been for the iOS 3.x folders app or it might have been standalone?
 
Locktopus and Lockdown Pro devs aren't doing anything anymore to provide future updates.
