Is there a program already installed on my MacBook Pro to make invitations?

Is there one on here already, a good one? If not what do you guys recommend? I wanted to make dinosaur b-day invitations for my sons b-day.

I don"t believe so. You need a text processor for that, like iWork, Office or openoffice (that one is Free)
