In MacOS, if Im reading a MacRumors article for example and come across a word I would like to know the definition of I can take 2 fingers and tap on the word on the trackpad and this brings up options, such as "Look up Word" "Search with Google" "Cut" "Copy" "Paste" "Spelling and Grammar" etc.

I recall a few years ago doing the same two finger tap on the trackpad over a word would immediately bring up the definition.

How can I bring this back? Am wanting the easiest solution so I can quickly tap on any word, get the definition and then continue reading.

It's the first option in the Trackpad settings panel, "Look up & data detectors". The options are either force click with one finger or 3 finger tap.
