For context, the reason I'm asking this question is because I've tried just about EVERY to-do / task app across the iOS, iPadOS and macOS platforms known to man. No one product does everything, but I won't get into that here. I am currently using TickTick as it's just about as close as anything I've tried.

But, with all the others, I live in hope that they introduce feature X that puts it above the others, etc. However, I'm generally too busy to regularly hunt for the latest release information about each of the apps I'd like to monitor.

Does anyone know of a service or app that allows you to say e.g. "Things3, whenever there is an update, let me know". "Todoist, if they release a new feature, let me know"?

Thanks
Ant

If you got to Settings->App Store->Notifications and set a notification like badges and then select App Store Notification Settings, the App Store Notifications window opens. I selected New Features & Updates. When an update for installed app is released, a badge appears on the App Store icon.
