Is there a setting on my iMac I'll have to go to in order for iCloud to work?

In regards to syncing with my iMac, will I have to do something on it in order for my devices to sync with it over the cloud or will it just do it automatically.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you would need to enable it through iTunes first.

I assume you're referring to the Fall when it's released.

Lion will have a tab under Mail, Contacts & Whatever that you can choose iCloud instead of MobileMe or Gmail, etc. Enter your info, on both this and your respective iDevices.

Simple as that. Sync and enjoy.
