Is there a simple way to restore as new, but keep contacts, msgs, and camera roll?

I really need to restore my phone fresh (same backup since ios4, +jailbreaks), but I would really like to keep my contacts, messages and photos/videos on the phone/restored to the phone. Is there a simple way to do this?

Sync contacts online, i.e. iCloud, google, etc. or sync contacts to your computer, i.e. windows contacts. Not sure what Mac has for contacts

Copy photos/video to a folder on your computer. Sync the photos from the photo tab in iTunes

Not much you can do with text messages. There are programs to save them to computer, but you can't add them back to your phone.
