Is there a site or testing program for the speed of my UMBP?

I am just curious to find out if my UMBP is on the right track. Is there a program or a site that can record the stats of my notebook so that I can post it here to see what you guys think?

I am just curious because I have some doubts.. Like I just can't stand the fact that when I sometimes turn on the notebook after a day without use, the desktop takes kind of long to load up. Sometimes that rainbow wheel shows up.
