Is there a software which can share the video over wifi?

Hi genius, I want to share my videos on my laptop with my friends over wifi, and I hope we can watch the video independently that means we can free to decide the playing speed and progress. Is there such software? A Free One must be more better! I am looking forward to your answers. Thank you in advance

Umm yeah... U can find so many on the App Store. Just search on the apps store.. Share videos ..

You can try either air video or plex. Neither is free though. By sharing, do you mean they can stream it to their mobile devices?
