is there a sproggle app for the touch to sync to last.fm?

since isproggler (itunes plugin) only works with a few twists with the new ipod touch (you have to sync an old, non touch ipod for it to trigger the sync).

is there a standalone app to install on the touch that syncs my songs playing over wifi to last.fm?

shouldn't be too complicated to do, since it only syncs a playlist ('Recently Played') to last.fm. unfotunately i'm not a programmer, so i really don't know ...
