Is there a terminal command to disable Mail animations?

Hi there,

I'm trying to disable the Reply and Send animations in Yosemite´s Mail Public Beta 3.

I have already tried with the commands I used for Mavericks, but unfortunately, they wouldn't work.

As I'm no terminal geek I would like to you if any of you tell me how to disable these animations in order to make the Mail experience more fluid.
