Is there a tunein radio app for itunes on my mac?

I want to download the app tunein radio to my itunes and play it on my mac.
I opened itunes and went to the itunes store and found the app for iphone and ipad but not to play on my itunes in my mac. Is there one?

Not sure if it has all the functionality of TuneIn Radio though.
