Is There A Tweak To Get Android Like Notifications?

I really love the way android has there notifications set up. Is there anything like it in cydia?

I am talking about how text, emails, messages show up....for instance, when a text is received, it will display the message for a short time in the status bar, Same thing for the other notifications.
