Is there a tweak to turn on airplane mode automatically?

I want my iPhone to go into airplane mode whenever the screen turns off, and exit airplane mode whenever the screen turns on (unless I manually put it in airplane mode, in which case it should stay.)

Is there any existing tweak that will let me do that?
