Is there a voice chat app for the iphone?

I was just wondering if there's some sort of app to chat voice chat over the internet? Like skype or something? cause that would be amazing..

I know. I have lots of contacts in other countries though, wether it be people who moved over the years or people I met online who frequently Skype with, and an option to do that over the iPhone would be great, especially since it's unlimited data, so it's basically free calls.

iCall for iPhone looks amazing. Hope it comes out soon
