Is there a way I can control my iPad with an iPod touch/iPhone?

I know how you can connect a bluetooth mouse to the iPad, but is there a way I could use my iPod touch as a mouse to control my iPad.? I wouldn't be using it for anything serious I just thought it would be kinda cool to use when I am in an extremely lazy mood.
