Is there a way or equipment to test a Macbook Battery (2015/16/17) without installing it?

I obtained a few dozens of MBP used top cases, (probably a result to the keyboard repair program, spills etc)... most look good and I suspect some of the batteries still have juice in them. Obviously those batteries are still glued in, and I'm looking for a practical way to test their condition "as is". Ideas?
