Is there a way to automatically determine how two iTunes libraries differ in content?

Hi,

My husband and I both have Macs running 10.6 with similar iTunes music libraries, but he has more music files than I do. Is there a way to determine which files on his computer are NOT duplicates of ones I have?

Also, what is the best/easiest way to transfer the files from his computer to mine? He has a FireWire 800 port, whereas I have a FireWire 400 port, so a wireless solution will probably be easiest for us.
