General is there a way to buy apps & tweaks on cydia without credit cards

what is Amazon Now? i never heard of that
but is there some way like i contact the developer and give them itunes gift card code (instead of money) and he gives me a code or something to download the tweak? (like promotion itunes app code)

Devs dont want or accept app codes or itunes gift cards.
They want money, cash, Benjamins, Bones, Cheddar, Clams, Dough, Greenbacks, Loot, Moola, Smackers
Get a prepaid credit card and use amazon payments.

I dont use credit cards as matter of choice.
I do however use amazon payment or paypal.
Both styles of payment come out of my bank account
And the problem is I don't have a bank account
Would the Dev like Amazon gift card? He can use it to buy accessories on Amazon for his iPhone or iPad lol
Using a prepaid card is the only way for you. Buy a prepaid visa and use that.

Are you in the US, if so go to any Wallmart and plunk down $ on a GreenDot prepaid Visa card. Then use that to fund the Amazon Payments account.
