Is there a way to change the colour of the scroll bar?

Basically I've started pimping my mac out so far I've changed the colour of the dock (using Candybar), changed some of my icons (using Candybar) and have changed the colour of the stacks (using Superdocker)

Is there anyway to change the colour of the scrollbar from blue?

practically everything else is pink except for that and it's annoying me

you can change it to a graphite color under the system preferences under appearances, but beyond those 2 colors, im not sure how... maybe lion will have more options

I've googled this multiple times and can't find a way to change it to any other colour other than graphite.
