Is there a way to change the operation of a key

Hey guys,

Quick question...The 'Enter' key on my macbook is broken.. rather than going and getting a replacement key..is there anyway I can set a different key that isn't normally used on my keyboard to act as the 'Enter' key? For instance if I wanted the " key to act as the Enter key , is there a way to set that?
