All iPads Is there a way to check how much storage I used via a backup?

I sold my 32gb iPad in sept in preparation for the air. I forgot to document how much of the 32 I was actually using. Now I'm unsure whether to go with the 32 or upgrade to 64. I have a backup in iTunes on my computer .. Is there a way to check that info?
