Is there a way to connect new MBP to an ordinary 4K display @60Hz?

I'm talking mainly about UHD@60Hz connectivity with displays lacking usb-c port (thus only having HDMI or DisplayPort). It's every single TV and the vast majority of monitors.

Apple's USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter supports only UHD@30Hz via HDMI and flickers at a frustrating rate.

So, the question arises, whether there exists (or soon will appear) such a dongle or it is possible to trick adapter software into 60hz?
