Hi everyone,

When I switched to El Crapitan, I became obsessed with making the OS's now-heavier animations either faster or non-existent. I used Tinker Tool for everything that I could, and then I recently updated to Sierra, which I now like more than El Cap (even though Apple left behind so many capable Macs), since it's more efficient and has a built-in animations limiter within the accessibility settings.

Still, there are some annoying animations present that I want to get rid of. They weren't a huge deal pre-Yos, since they were actually efficient then, but now, in post-Mavericks, these animations could save my time if they were gone.

My main one is the fade-out animation one sees for several contextual menus within Mac OSX. Say that I were typing a document and right-clicked on a word. The menu that would pop up would allow me to select options, right? Well, the annoying thing is that, upon closing, it fades out. I know it's not a huge deal, but the menu in itself is often slightly laggy when brought up while a lot is going on, and the fade-out animation it has is a waste of time. I want it to just disappear as quickly as it appeared. Is there a way? (Also, are there others users here know of that I can disable? I just want any and all content - no matter what it is - to instantly appear without making a special entrance and then special exit.)

-Thanks
