Is there a way to do a CYDIA BACKUP?

Hello my friends

I'm thinking about to update and jailbreak to 4.2.1.

Currently i have 4.1 jailbreaked and i really like the way my phone is now.
But i also wants the new features from 4.2.1.
Is there a way to backup all my cydia apps and tweaks? I have organized my phone in a pretty neat way so i don't want to reorganize all my apps and tweaks.

Best program by far for this is PkgBackup, which is a paid for app you can find through Cydia. Well worth the money. Makes the whole process much easier and faster. You can even save your Springboard configuration with it.
