Is there a way to exclude Suggested Contacts from Exchange account?

When I use mail.app to compose an email message, the autocomplete feature for the TO field shows me tons of email addresses that seem to be coming from Suggested Contacts from my work Exchange account. Is there a way I can exclude those? It's requiring me to practically type the full name of the people I want to send to, which of course limits the usefulness of autocomplete.
