Is there a way to extract open safari tabs from an iOs backup?

Hi All,

I somehow lost a safari widow with open tabs. I used the reopen closed window and got a blank favorites page. I recently backed up the iPad and was wondering if I could manually extract the safari open tabs data or if there was an app that I could use to retrieve the info.

I probably would not go through the effort of restoring from the backup just thought maybe there was a way ...

I’d be surprised if so,wine has written an app or utility that will scan a backup to find opened tabs in Safari.
