I see many programs like Fake Gps - do they effect the correct Find my IPhone location ? Is there any app for non jailbroken iPhone that can change the correct location in Find my iPhone ?

I do not think any app that Apple approved would be allowed to do such a thing.
I agree with you Newtons Apple,just want to hear from other too if its correct.
There is a way to simulate/fake another location, but you'll need a developer account and Xcode. You can use Xcode to simulate any location, many people have used it to fake location in Pokemon Go and other apps, but I am not sure if it will work on Find My iPhone, so YMMV.

On jailbroken firmware there were a few fake location hacks but never something one could do without jailbreaking first.
