I have an aunt that doesn't have wifi at her home. She's older, so I can't really tell her to go to McDonald's to update her iPhone. She's currently running 12.3 I think.
Is there a way to download iOS to my MacBook, take it over to her house, and update her iPhone? I don't mind using Internet connection sharing to my iPhone for internet connectivity but I'd rather not use it to download the entire iOS 13.1.2.
