Is there a way to get iPad 2 apps on the iPad 1 thru the app store?

Hello, I have a few apps that will run perfectly fine on my iPad 1, but when I try to download them, the app store tells me it needs to have a front facing camera. Is there a cydia tweak that makes the app store think I have a front facing camera?
