iPod touch Is there a way to get my MacBook's iCal onto my iPod Touch -- without MobileMe?

So basically I've put a lot of info into my iCal on my MacBook regarding hockey games, school work, etc. and it would really help if that was on my iPod Touch as well. Is there a way I can sink them, without MobileMe? Thanks!

Sync them with iTunes? You know, the way you sync everything else...

Oh, thank you very much! I never saw that option when I was syncing my ipod!
