Is there a way to get pics BACK into my camera roll?

I put all of my pics onto iPhoto in a folder called iPhone pics. I then restored my phone and synced it back up with everything. Now I have the "camera roll" folder on my phone which is empty AND the "iPhone pics" folder which all my pics are in.

I just want them back in the Camera Roll folder : (

you could email them to yourself. i beleive when you save a pic from email it goes into your camera roll

when you sync you iphone make sure you go to the photo tab and select "iphone pics" and then sync they should be there after that.
