Rant: It's NOT the new layout I'm upset out, the new System Settings app can't even do it's job. I made a mistake upgrading to macOS Ventura (13.0.1). I can't believe Apple shipped the System Settings app the way it is. Preference pane apps like Hyperdock don't work at all, and it can take some fidgeting for Steermouse to work. For the other settings, the app struggles to switch between sections, where I have to click on a sidebar item multiple times to work.
I went to a library and copy the System preference app from a Mac to my MacBook, I was certain it would be an Intel only app but its Universal (I have the M1 Pro MBP). However, it only shows the preference pane apps and nothing else, and none of them can't be launched from there!
