Is there a way to have a photo taken after unsuccessful login?

Is there a setting or an app that can be suggested that can take a photo or video after a specified number of unsuccessful logins?

I recall there was a jailbreak tweak that did that kind of thing.

Yes - I had it at one point when I used to jailbreak. I think it was called Gotcha! - or something similar to that.
