I would like to have multiple audio streams from different videos play on separate speakers. I have a MBP 13 at home hooked up to a Samsung TV and I have a Mac mini at work hooked up to a Dell monitor, external speakers, and a Samsung TV. I would like to play a different video on each screen and have the corresponding audio come out. It would be great if I can move the videos among the screens and have the audio automatically move over to the corresponding speakers. Is this possible? Thanks for any help and have a nice day.

First, you would need TWO sound-out ways (apart from internal speakers).
I have a usb DAC plugged in my iMac, so I can drive sound to mac’s sound jack, or to DAC sound jack. I’ve configured in “MIDI Utility” all sound to usb-DAC (where I plug my amp/speakers). System sounds can be routed to internal speakers (perhaps in a preference panel... can’t remember now).
BUT I discovered that in VLC player you can choose where to drive sound (in my system, I could “internal speakers”, “computer sound jack” and “usb dac sound jack”).
I haven’t tried (and I’m not near my mac now), but perhaps you can play a movie with an app with default sound-out, and play at same time VLC with sound through alternative output.
Interesting; i’ll try in a couple days (out for weekend).
Anyhow, I think (like I first said) you need two ways for sound to go out from mac. A simple usb-sound out interface will do (I remember Griffins’ iMic).
(Excuse odd expressions; English is not my first language)

I've been playing a movie file with QuickTime Player and hearing through usbDAC (DragonFly Red) & amp+speakers (configured as default sound out for apps), AND at same time playing another movie file with VLC, driving sound to internal speakers (you can choose standard jack out in app menu bar, "sound").
Them both played & sounded perfectly well! :) No stutter or noise.
I don't know about using more than one screen (never have done)... but I think you can easily assign each monitor for full screen playing with two different apps, AND two ways out for sound.
Something as simple as this: http://a.co/94teMSi , gives you another way out for sound.
