Is there a way to import a playlist from one iTunes library to another (on different computer?)

I also want to copy the music, not just the playlist metadata.

The problem is my main computer has a HUGE library on it.

I want to make a smaller library on my Air that syncs with iCloud Music Library/Apple Music.

You can select all the songs in a playlist, and then drag them over to a folder in the Finder.
That'll copy the files.
Then copy the files over to your Air and drag into an empty playlist.

It still boggles my mind that you can't hard sync a playlist from iTunes to iPhone now, iCloud library or not. Sigh.

What do you mean by that? I only sync one playlist from iTunes to my iPhone.

With iCloud library, you can't sync playlists.

Are we not supposed to be making our own playlists anymore?
