Is there a way to install iPhone OS 4 Beta on my 3GS NON-Developer??

Hey I know that Apple announced today that iPhone OS 4 will release this summer but is available to developers for download right away to test. I am curious to know if there is a way that I can download and install the Beta version to try and play with it on my iPhone? If anyone knows how please let me know. Thank You.

I guess the only way would be Torrent sites, but I heard if your not a registered developer, and you synced it up, it may brick your phone so I definitely wouldn't run the risk.
