Is there a way to lock the keyboard so I dont input any keys when wiping my keyboard?

Like whenever I wipe down my keyboard on my MacBook. I always think how convinient that would be to have a keyboard lock because I don't feel like shutting down to do a wipe down. Is there such a thing?

Logout would be a good semi solution.

You have to enable the menu bar item for Keychain Access in it's preferences.

That or turn on the screen saver password and turn the screen saver on with a hot corner.
