Is there a way to make all text bold in macOS, like you can with iOS/iPadOS?

I’m reopening this thread because I discovered that asking Siri will turn on bold text. However, it only worked on a few Safari pages or website like Bing. This issue occurred on my MacBook Pro 14-inch M4 Pro with macOS Tahoe 26.2 public release. Is this a bug?

Will you please make an experiment? Open ~/Library/Preferences/, sort by date modified and turn off Bold Text. What plist is modified?
