Is there a way to make big icons?

I would like to have 2 icons at the top on my home screen that would be the size of 4 together. So I can have just 2 big icons side by side at the top of the screen. Can this be done some way?

Shrink. It also enlarges icons in addition to shrinking them.

But will it let me enlarge individual icons so that I can just have 2 large icons and then the rest of the normal size ones on a page?

In that instance, no. Shrink will enlarge/shrink all icons, not just a couple of them.
