Is there a way to mirror iPhone screen to MacBook?

Hi guys, i was just wondering if i can mirror my iPhone 5S screen to my MacBook Pro, i don't own an Apple TV nor can i justify paying £80 just for screen mirroring, it may be worth mentioning to that my iPhone is not jailbroken. Any help or advise will be massively appreciated.

Look into AirServer.

Plenty of ways, AirServer, Reflector, etc. they will all allow you to Airplay to your Mac.
