Is there a way to move the icons from the top right to the top left?

Im soon to buy a macbook, and coming from a PC, I was wondering if its possible to swap around the +, - etc from the top left of the windows to the top right as it feels more natural to work that way. Thanks.

Me too! I don't think it's possible, but no-one has yet suggested otherwise, so here's hoping...! Does anyone know?
