I have a couple hundred movies on my hard drive, and they all have no organization or anything. Is there a way to organize them like how my music is organized with iTunes? Using itunes to organize them won't work, because a lot of the files aren't supported by itunes

I use Plex for managing and watching movies and TV shows. It's excellent!

Depends on whether you are talking about physically organizing them, or having a program present them in an organized manner?

I second Plex, its simple and easy to use.

Both would be awesome. I'm downloading plex as we speak. Thanks guys

It doesn't seem to upload my files, and I don't know how to get them on there. Also, I use vlc media player, so I guess I'd prefer something that physically organizes them
