Hello all,

I've got a file folder with 400+ word files. I need to print them all off. Is there a way to do that like I would on a pc (select all of them, then right click and hit print?). There doesn't seem to be that option on my mac. Thanks!

  1. In Finder, select the items you want to print
  2. Right-click > More > Automator > Create Workflow

  3. Automator opens with the files already selected
  4. In the search bar, type "print"
  5. Double-click "Print Finder items" to add it to the workflow
  6. Change your printer selection, if desired
  7. Click Run.

OKay.. time for me to be dense.... my magic mouse wont let me right click and when I "control+click" the "more" option isn't there

You can also just launch Automator and select the files from there.

Or, much simpler:

1) Open System Preferences
2) Choose Print & Fax
3) Select the printer you want
4) Click Open Print Queue…
5) Drag all the files you want to print to the printer dock icon
