No, reset your Apple password with your computer. I'm sure you have security questions you set up and therefore you'll be able to reset it.

Unless it wasn't your phone to begin with, in which case you are out of luck.

I think this is a lot of what the case is people are posting. I mean if you'vve a genuine problem peoples natural reaction should be to contact Apple, the sheer amount of people with this sort of post indicates people are looking for ways to get into an Apple device they've no right having access to. This has increased since iOS7 as well so hopefully people will soon catch on stealing a phone is pointless now.
