Is there a way to "restore" Mac close to its original state w/o reinstalling OS X?

I have a Dell Mini 9 running OS 10.5.6 that I want to sell. If you know anything about hackintoshes, you'd know that it was a pain in the a$$ to do.

So to save me hours of time and effort, I was wondering if there's a way or a program to remove excess files and programs added by the user without completely reinstalling OS X. Does anybody know of such a program that could help me out? I really want to get rid of this thing so I can get an iPad. Thanks!
