Is there a way to save an emailed song to iPhone?

If someone emails me an .mp3, is there a way to save it to the iPod on my iPhone? As of now I can only play it through QuickTime. Thanks for the help.

I'm sure with iOS5's ability to download and add from iCloud, and delete straight from the phone, someone will create a cydia hack to be able to add things like this to the phone's music library.
