Is there a way to schedule Airport to turn on/off at certain intervals?

Hi.

I really like Freedom for Mac, but am looking for a way to limit my internet usage on my laptop to certain time intervals during the day eg. 8-9AM, 12-1PM etc.

Is this possible?
