Is there a way to see file details on the iPhone?

I know under settings --> general --> usage, you can see what you've used in each category (e.g. messages, contacts, photos) but is there a way to get details on each individual file (sort of like finder in OSX). If there isn't an option in the iPhone directly, is there an app that adds this functionality? I'm using iOS 7.0.1 btw.
